We invest from a committed fund and seek to acquire manufacturers and distributors of industrial products headquartered in the Midwest, High Plains, Rocky Mountains and Southern regions of the United States.

Experience

The principals of Holleway have more than 60 years of combined experience investing in and working with private companies. Holleway’s principals have a successful history of partnering with family and entrepreneurial-owned companies, having completed over 35 transactions. Holleway prefers investments in product-oriented businesses that manufacture products or provide value-added distribution. We bring strategic experience and creative thinking, cultivated from years of working with and advising leaders to solve the many challenges entrepreneurs face while growing their companies.
