Joe Ludwig joined Holleway Capital Partners in 2025. His responsibilities include originating, evaluating, and structuring new investments as well as providing oversight to portfolio companies.

Prior to Holleway, Joe spent several years with MiddleGround Capital, a $4B AUM operationally focused private equity group focused on making investments in B2B industrial businesses. Additionally, Joe worked for a single-family office, Ouabache Investments, focused on making investments in lower middle market food and agriculture companies. Ouabache was backed by the Weaver family, behind Weaver Popcorn, the largest popcorn company in the world.

Prior to his career in private equity investing, Mr. Ludwig spent time in investment banking and valuation advisory with Copper Run Capital and ComStock Advisors.

Mr. Ludwig earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Xavier University. Additionally, Mr. Ludwig holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
